Is Run 2 Clean only for Windows?

Yes. Run 2 Clean is specifically designed for supported Microsoft Windows client and Windows Server systems.

Does a Windows Server cost more?

No. A supported Windows Server uses the same per-system price: $6.99 monthly or $59.99 annually.

Can I mix desktops, laptops and servers?

Yes. Your system quantity can include a mix of Windows desktops, workstations, laptops, portable PCs and supported servers.

What does one subscription unit mean?

One unit represents one managed Windows system registered to your Run 2 Clean environment.

Can I manage multiple systems from one place?

Yes. The portal is designed around centralized machines, groups, schedules, maintenance, Event Viewer and reporting workflows.

Do repairs run arbitrary scripts?

No generic remote shell is exposed for maintenance. Run 2 Clean maintenance and Smart Repair use registered/allowlisted operations recognized by the platform and Agent.

How is a new machine installed?

Use the one-time enrollment code with the universal Run2CleanSetup.exe. The Setup detects the supported Windows family and downloads the matching Agent package.

Are Agent updates included?

Yes. Supported installed Agents can use the built-in automatic update workflow, so routine Agent releases do not require repeating the initial enrollment process.
